Program description

Green Tree Tech LLC (“Green Tree”) sends SMS/text messages about merchant services and point-of-sale applications. Messages may include application links, status updates, appointment or callback confirmations, and customer support replies related to your merchant application or account.

Who can join

Business owners and authorized contacts who request merchant services information or start an application with Green Tree.

How to opt in

You opt in by:
Providing your mobile number on a Green Tree web form or merchant application and agreeing to receive SMS updates, or
2. Texting our business number and continuing after our disclosure, or
3. Giving verbal consent when speaking with Green Tree staff, who confirm your number and that you agree to receive program texts

Consent is voluntary and is not required to purchase services or complete an application by other means (for example email or web form without SMS).

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to several messages per week while an application or support request is active. Most users receive fewer.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Green Tree does not charge for the SMS program; your carrier’s standard rates may still apply.

HELP and STOP

Reply STOP to cancel. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further program messages unless you opt in again.

STOP and HELP commands work on our SMS short/long code program number.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal and mobile information:

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes

We may update these SMS Terms. The effective date above will change when we do.
